Cidre de l’Abbaye de Val Dieu, rooted in monastic brewing since 1216, is a divine cider. Crafted from apples grown on ancient abbey grounds and undergoing double fermentation, it's a heavenly gift with pure apple essence, fine bubbles, and enduring monastic craftsmanship. Cidre d’Abbaye Blond features a rich amber hue and citrus notes, while Cidre d’Abbaye Brun boasts a dark russet robe with fine bubbles and caramelized nuances.
Serve these cidres chilled in a chalice glass, with olives, nuts and a side of Joie de Vivre.
